I’m not really a dessert person, I’m more than happy with a peanut butter- stuffed date or a square of dark chocolate! That being said I do LOVE vegan-ising the classics: millionaires shortbread, banoffee pie, cheesecake and gooey chocolate brownies! I’ll take them all! Every one these desserts is vegan, gluten-free and refined sugar-free but they do not compromise on flavour, sweetness or indulgence one bit!! I love the idea of making something taste so decadent and naughty but in actual fact it’s really good for you and completely guilt-free (not that you should ever have food guilt anyway). I really hope you love them as much as I do!
